* Roslyn, 21 Oct: '12-45am call to landlord'

(22038) A resident tracked down a landlord by phone after midnight to ask him to intervene at a loud student party in his property in Roslyn Road, Chandos, on the night of 20/21 October 2022.

The resident says: "There was a big party on [xx} Roslyn Road on Thursday evening/Friday morning. I used [the Pinpoint map] to find the landlord's name, then found his mobile number online and started calling him at 12:45am. He eventually answered and told me he would call them to turn it down ... There were about 40 people with loud noise until 1am."

Next day he complained to the letting agent (Abode) and to PC Sian Harris, the officer for the University of Bristol beat. Both were "quick to reply". He has since also had a reply from the UoB community liaison officer.

A second resident was also disturbed: "I am the other end of the road and it woke me up!"
