* Mortimer, 22 Jun: 'In garden at 11-40pm'

(S158) Further complaint about noise disturbance at a property in Mortimer Road, Clifton, this time in the evening of Tuesday, 22 June 2021.

Resident says: "I asked the students to quieten down last night... They were in the garden. I have a video but didn't record the most noisy bit. Time was 11.40pm more or less."

The video, timed at 23.41, shows a dark background with a group of people sat talking around a candle-lit centre-piece.

Another resident says the time was "well past the cut-off point for this kind of thing, especially on a Tuesday night. Sound carries at night when all around is quiet. I heard this from Grange Road earlier in the night, when it was much louder, although I could not identify where it was coming from."

A third resident added: "I have moved my children onto blow-up mattresses in the front of the house as with noise & hay fever we just aren’t getting any sleep. There are assessments at school & my eldest is exhausted and I fear performance affected."

This incident followed a previous one on 14 June.
