* Manilla, 30 Sep: 'Student apologised'

(21060) Report of noise disturbance at a garden flat in Manilla Road on 30 September 2021.

Resident says: "We were woken at 11:45pm by the usual commotion but I couldn't work out where from until, at midnight, I got dressed, went out, and found that it was coming from the back garden of [xx] Manilla Road.

"The student who answered apologised and, to be fair, the noise stopped almost immediately."
