(S115) Complaint about noise at a property in High Kingsdown on 16 October 2020.
Resident says: "There was a gathering—or house social with a smoky fire—outside in garden of [xx] last night. It started 10.30pm with pallets being noisily broken up and was still going at 1.30am. Rowdy male voices talking and shouting really late into night. This is second time they have had a fire/ noisy outside social in two weeks...."
