* Arlington Mansions, 25 Jun: 'Loud at 1-30am'

(S159) Noise disturbance at a student flat in Arlington Mansions, a large block in Arlington Villas, Clifton, in the early hours of 25 June 2021.

Resident says: "It's almost 1:30am and I'm trying to sleep, but Flat [x] has its window open with very loud talking and background music (luckily not much shouting at the moment) ... I'd like them to shut their darn windows and give their neighbours some peace and quiet before they move out.

"... I fear the upcoming days are going to get a lot louder (there were several parties earlier this week which lasted until at least 4am but I didn't take video evidence)."
