(S097) Seventh complaint of noise at a property in Hampton Road, between Abbotsford and Aberdeen Roads, this time in relation to loud music past midnight on 11 September 2020, coupled with unruly behaviour on the street.
Two residents have complained about noise disturbance on this date. Once cites "a group of around 8" leaving the property. "They are extremely loud and appear to be jumping from a wall then onto the dustbins which line the pavement."
