* Hampton, 17 Aug: Fourth complaint

(S089) Fourth complaint of noise at an upper-floor flat on Hampton Road, between Waverley and Kenilworth Roads, this time on the night of 17/18 August 2020.

A resident wrote a complaint email to both universities at about 11-30pm on the 17th, citing a party close to her flat. I visited the area twice between 12-30am and 1-30am and noted loud music and loud voices from a top-floor flat. On the second visit I spoke to two people at the property and the music was turned off shortly after.
