* Lansdown, 23 Oct: 'Shouting late at night'

(22040) Complaint about a student party at a property in Lansdown Road, Chandos, on the night of 22/23 October 2022.

Resident wrote to UoB: "The worst part was the shouting and garden noise, which went on well into the night."

He adds that a neighbour who spoke to the occupants of the property "mentioned the attitude of the students he confronted, which was that they were allowed to make noise as this is a 'student area’."
