* Cotham Vale, 14 Jul: Second complaint

(21018) Second complaint about a student property in Cotham Vale, this time in relation to noise disturbance on the night of 14 July 2021.

Resident says in email to me: "No. [xx] were out in force again last night, playing guitar and singing very loudly in the garden until past 11.00. They stopped at 11.10 but at 11.30 continued with shouting and laughter at an unacceptable volume. This included conversations across the back garden with residents at no. [xx]."
