* Arlington Mansions, 4 May: 'Loud singing'

(22061) Complaint about noise from Arlington Mansions, a block of flats in Arlington Villas, Clifton, close to midnight on 4 May 2023.

Resident wrote to UoB: "Not in the same league as big parties, but lots of loud/bad singing from Flat x last night disturbed my attempts to sleep. The window wasn't wide open but it was quite noisy and movements could be seen in the window to confirm the source.

"I messaged Operation Beech -- sounds like the singing was stopped just before they got there. (I saw [someone from the flat above] leaning out of the window and shouting down to Flat x, so I reckon it made them quieten down.)
